Unity Friends With Flair {Feb 17th}

Here I am again at the very last minute playing along with Unity Friends With Flair! I love this card but it's been rejected at least three times so I am finally sharing it with you. To create the background, I used the damask stamp from Happily Ever After, a couple of the scrolls and ornaments from Greetings of Christmas and the title sentiment from Think Happy Thoughts. To get the two-toned orange and pink colours in the damask, I used the rock-and-roll technique.

I'm selling a lot of Unity sets under my For Sale tab HERE so please have a peek and let me know if you're interested in giving these wonderful stamps a new home! :)

I wish you all a fun weekend! It's the Family Day weekend here in Ontario and a few other Canadian provinces so I'm happy to have my husband home for an extra day. Maybe I'll get in some crafting time if my mojo ever returns. LOL

I love these pretty colors, Emily, and the design you created is perfectly symmetrical! Greetings of Christmas is one of my favorite sets--so great to see those scrolls and ornaments used on a cool non-Christmas card!

Love the colors and design, Emily! Gorgeous! Somehow I almost never think of bright colors when I look at my Unity stamps, don't know why.... I should look again soon and then with bright colors in mind! Thanks for the pretty inspiration!

I'd resigned myself to being jealous of the US for its long weekend, but you get one too? {sigh} No such thing here in NS :( I hope you have a great time even if all you do is putter around at home!
I love the crazy-busy pattern you created here- the colours look fabulous together, and the sentiment is great :)
AND, I just spied that you hit 500 followers! Congrats :)
