Classy & Fabulous

I'm really behind on sharing published cards and since it's Friends With Flair Friday with Unity Stamp Company, I thought I'd share a card that was published in Paper Crafts magazine's 365 Cards. I used Undeniably You for the dress and sentiment, which I stamped in two parts. The doilies on the side are from a retired kit of the month called Happily Ever After (which I'm selling for only $5). I inked up the edges of the base and added a green mat in between the stamped layer and the card base. I wrapped lace and a twine knot around the bodice and popped the dress on with foam tape.

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope to see you again tomorrow!

Sources: SU Natural Ivory & Old Olive cardstock; Unity Stamp Co. Undeniably You & Happily Ever After (retired); Memento Tuxedo Black ink; SU Old Olive ink; Ranger Antique Linen & Walnut Stain distress inks; SU Victoria Lace crochet trim; The Twinery Honeydew baker's twine; foam tape

Love this card! What a great design, and between popping out the dress form and the trim around it, it really looks three dimensional. Love the colors too!

Love this card, Emily! Loved it in the issue and still love it now. :) Those two green stamps on either side of the card really finish it off and make it so polished! Awesome.

Hooray for pub cards -- I knew this one was yours in the mag without looking for the name...but that's always true for Em cards! I know you love this set, and I love what you've done with it here -- the "peplum" detail and "belt" are awesome!
