{Paper Smooches} Comforting Hugs

Kim is sharing this card on the Paper Smooches Blog today. I used the ambulance and combined two words from First Aid Kit, plus the road from Metropolis and butterfly swoosh from Flap Happy to create this little scene. I masked the cute little ambulance before stamping the road and colouring it with Copic markers.

Thanks so much for all your sweet congratulatory messages regarding my Stamping Royalty win! If you haven't entered, there is still time to comment for your chance to win Paper Smooches' Summer Groves and two other stamp sets. See you Thursday for the April DT Blog Hop when we sneak peeks of the May release!

Wow, Em! It's too bad most can't tell the work that goes into such a deceptively 'simple' card. Great work!

You combine sets like nobody else, Emily :) I love how the road & the sentiment are exactly the same length - that's crazy! And yet it makes all the difference in the layout popping :)

Great card, Emily! Your Paper Smooches cards are always with my favorites!! Love it!! I always have plans to use your technique in having cut-out elements by hand to create a scene like you do, but maybe I'm not patient enough for it, hi hi. So I'll just stay with admiring your cards!! That's fun as well!!!
Hugs & happy day to you!
Wendy
