{Mama Elephant} April Photo Inspiration Challenge

Since there's no release this month, Mama Elephant has a new challenge! The April Photo Inspiration Challenge runs from April 4th to May 5th and the winner will be on the Mama Elephant Photo Inspiration Challenge Design Team for a six-month term! How's that for an amazing prize? Seriously, it can't get any better than that!

I was inspired by the pops of colour - blue, green, yellow - surrounded by a lot of white and some grey. I used Memento Luxe pigment inks to rock 'n' roll the stamps and fill in the flowers from Lovely Mums. I fussy cut them and layered them against a Landscape Trio panel die cut from glitter cardstock. The sentiment was heat embossed in white on a vellum Bold Banner. The card base itself is, of course, from Femme Frames. It's hard to separate me from those dies. ;)

So, what are you waiting for? Visit the Mama Elephant Blog HERE for all the details and to link up. I know you want a spot on the challenge team!

This is so pretty! I thought you'd watercoloured the flowers, the rock and roll technique worked so perfectly. Of course, I look at the jar in the centre of the inspiration pic and think... embossing powder! :P

You did a really amazing job on the rock n' roll technique on your flowers, Emily! I love all the white space on this card, too and the sparkly strip you added across the bottom of this card is the perfect touch!
I just added a few cards to the challenge blog...crossing my fingers ;-)
