{Paper Smooches} Gift Bags: Part 1 with the Hot Spots Small Base Die + Video!

Happy Easter weekend to all of you celebrating! I'm here to show you how to create gift boxes using the Hot Spots Small Base die by Paper Smooches. This first gift box, with a container strip measuring 1.5" x 7.25", can hold sweet treats and even a small toy. It also uses a Quote Tag 'thanks' die and Flowers dies. The beautiful cardstock is from from Simon Says Stamp.

Here's a detailed look at how I made both of these gift boxes:

The second gift box is narrower, with a container strip measuring 1" x 7.25", and it can hold a set of four mini greeting cards. If you need a last-minute gift, this would be really easy to whip up and you could do it in any theme for any occasion! These ones use a Birthday Words die and two Balloons dies. The Buttercream baker's twine is from The Twinery.

I'll be sharing more gift box ideas using the Hot Spots Large Base die very soon! Stay tuned. ;)

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Love your take using pastels with the flowers- normally I'd go for vivid but this is such a sweet version in the lights.
