{Wplus9 Video} My Birthday Surprise!

I'm super excited that my boys are back with a video showcasing the card they made me using three stamp and die sets by Wplus9. I've used these adorable products to make lunchbox notes for my son but I hadn't blogged them. I'm delighted that my husband and son get to show a full project using them here on my blog!

I won't go into too much detail about the card since it's all in the video but I just wanted to say that these animals have the cutest expressions! I love that the sentiments from all the different sets could be mixed to create custom sentiments for a number of different occasions.

I'm always so picky about my own colouring, I love seeing the different colour combinations my husband chooses. I wouldn't even think to leave the bunny tails white and I love that he thought to do that! Plus, the shading is all done in colours that I wouldn't normally use and it makes me want to try new colour combinations.

Of course, a gift (to me) wouldn't be complete without a panda! Look at the detail on this adorable charm the boys baked for me!! I love the notches in the bamboo and the folds in the leaves! It's hard to mould clay with that kind of detail on such a small scale. Eek!

I hope you've been entertained as much as I have by my special birthday gift, and especially by my son's bloopers! I hope to be sharing a video of my own very soon. :)

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Gosh, that is the cutest video ever! I love your son's explanation of what is happening. He has such a great command of the English language and he's funny too! Delightful! I hope you let him do videos more often. Now I regret that I didn't involve my sons more in my craft projects. Back when they were little, there weren't many rubber stamp companies and no one had invented dies for home use. Anyway, I hope that you will treasure this time in your son's life and save all the videos so you can listen to his laughter over and over again. Hugs to the Leiphart family!

It would be a "matter of my personal preference" to have these two come and instruct us at our next stamping get together! Too. Much. Fun!

OMG Emily I can listen to your Damian's voice and giggles all day! Ha he was so cute and made me LOL when he said about the acrylic block "Shouldn't it be bigger? it looked like he had a hard time holding it."HA!!!!! Great card and so special. Happy belated birthday!

I could listen to your son talking all day!!! His voice is absolutely adorable and I love what he had to say, especially when he was talking about the acrylic block maybe being a bit small. And the giggling at the end had me giggling along with him. I think you should have him doing all the talking in your videos from now on!! And the card is super cute and love the colouring and scene created. Those boys of yours are a great team!! I really hope they do some more videos in the future, as I will be wearing this one out with all the re-watching I'll be doing!
