Welcome to a new digi release from Amber Ink! Today we bring you More 2 Love - Let's Communicate, a set conceptualized by Lynne Phelps who was the grand prize winner from the first ever Amber Ink INKcredible Challenge. Today is also the start of a brand new challenge where you can win your very own set, just like Lynne!
This was my first time working with digi papers and I love the convenience of them. I had the most fun browsing the iPaper store and choosing the ones I wanted. Ever since I saw this card that Sunghee made, I've wanted to play with that plaid paper! I decided to make it the anchor for today's card. First I coloured in the image and cut it out so I would know what size of circle I needed to die cut. Then I cut and positioned the individual pieces before adhering them to the circle. Lastly, I popped on the image and sentiment with dimensionals. I played around with the idea of embellishments but decided to keep it simple and let the image speak for itself, pun totally intended. ;)
I got the idea for this layout from one of my son's books, How to Catch a Star by Oliver Jeffers. You see, inspiration can be found anywhere! I hope you will play along in this fabulous challenge where the only requirements are to use one Amber Ink product and make a RAK card by November 10th! Check out all the details here. Thanks for stopping by to share my first Amber Ink creation!

Well WE are the ones who really caught the star on this one Emily! You are smokin' that orange torch already. Love how you have put those ipapers together in such an eye catching way and our "more 2 love" star's makeup is absolute perfection (I know cuz I blew it up big enough to almost be there in person with the card an inch from my face LOL)! You said you were a makeup artist and now I can totally believe it ;)
