First up is a set of three Christmas trees. You might even call them a family of trees! I know, how very Christmasy of me to describe them that way. ;) You know I love to cut out my images and cut them I did. I cut out all three separately but I popped them on to my finished card in their original positions on the digi.
The background was created by an oval mask using a Sunshine Designs sentiment. I almost forgot I even had this snowy embossing folder and used it here along with some scoring. I coloured the trees pink because I made this card as an entry for one of the Hope You Can Cling To challenges, to create a pink holiday card!
Next up is Lily the Elf carrying one of those tall regal trees. This digi is so awesome. I just want to go marching right along with her! I think I have to request a Billy version of this one. ;) No surprise, I cut out the image again, along with some simple hills and anchored my little scene with a sentiment from Sunshine Designs and baker's twine.
Thank you for enjoying today's digi release with me! If you would like to see additional cards and projects, please head on over to the design team blogs whose links are on my sidebar. Next Thursday, Pink Cat Studio will be having an awesome mini rubber release! I hope to see you again before then though. Have a wonderful day!

Love the pink/turquoise combo on the first, and your hilly background on the second (and, as always, your fabulous coloring skills!).

Emily I just love these!!!
Ooooooh I love the pink trees!!!! Too retro-funky! Clever way of using the swiss dot folder, too, it always makes me mad that it doesn't cover the entire card front!
I love how clean and simple the Lily card is, but that you were still able to make a whole scene! Wonderful coloring, and of course I love the twine!
Wow girl! Your cards this week are fantastic!
Fabulous work with Melissa's wonderful images, Emily! I love that one of Lily Elf with the hills and stripy string. I agree, we definitely need one with Billy, too!
