For my project today, I used Holly4Christmas and Buttercream baker's twine to make a sweet and simple holiday card.

For the background, I cut some coordinating patterned paper for the two panels and adhered them to the card base. Then I tied two sets of sailor's knots. Before securing them to the card, I die cut the sentiment panel and used it to gauge the position of the sailor's knots.

Since there are hollies on the paper but no actual leaves, I die cut a couple of leaves using the newly released Holly Jolly Die from Lil' Inker Designs to complement the twine and highlight the sentiment. I tucked them under the sentiment panel and adhered everything with foam tape.

Thank you so much for joining this hop with us! I hope you are inspired to break out The {Stamps} of Life and add some baker's twine from The Twinery to your holiday projects.

Your next stop is Beverly Sizemore!

Emily, I adore the font/size of the sentiment...and you have me staring at the way you added to the dimension of the twine. What type of knot is that? Macrame? :)! Am I dating myself!?
