I'm so excited to be joining Fresh Squeezed Stamps as a Guest Designer for their January Release! Just this past week, they released two beautiful stamp sets that are perfect for the upcoming Valentine's Day holiday or any other day you want to tell someone that you love them. I'll be sharing a project today and the next three Sundays using stamps from the January Release.
This first card features the new stamp set When Hearts Collide, along with the Subway Series: Spring stamp set. To create this card, I used the Simon Says Stamp Tic Tac Toe Hearts Die on the top panel, then stamped the Subway Series: Spring background across the entire panel at an angle using Brilliance Starlite Silver pigment ink. I die cut the hearts from soft stone cardstock and stamped various hearts from When Hearts Collide on each die cut using Memento Luxe Rhubarb Stalk pigment ink.
I masked off 'you' from one of the sentiments for the centre heart and stamped the ends of the arrows on the hearts that would go alongside the sentiment. The black mat was adhered directly on to the card base and the top panel with foam tape. I used tweezers and glue dots to adhere the hearts directly against the black mat.
If you're interested in purchasing this fabulous stamp set, just click on the graphics above or on any of the supply icons below.
Thanks so much for shopping by today!

Love your card! The patterns and stamped images peeking through the die cuts are colorful and fun. The bow is perfect. The subtle stamped background is awesome.
Love this one!!
Very pretty...love how you filled the heart holes with the stamped image and also how you angled the background subway art stamp.
Pun intended here but I mean it too: I 'love' this card! :)

Ohhh...such a pretty card! Love the way you created it too.
This is such a pretty card, Emily! I really like how the black just peeks through through behind the hearts, and then mats the panel. Such a great design!
