{Mama Elephant} Designer Series: Bootastic Creative Cuts + Video!

It's my day on the Mama Elephant blog and I'm showcasing the Bootastic Creative Cuts which coordinates with the Bootastic stamp set.

I loved this stamp set so much when it was released and I'm so excited that there are now matching dies. Bootastic Creative Cuts makes it easy to reproduce multiple images for all your Halloween treats!

I used the Embellished Tag Creative Cuts for the tag bases and I heat embossed the sentiment in black on all three tags.

My son appeared three times while I was shooting the video and, at the end, he'll tell you that the mummy is his favourite. ;)

Here's how I made the tags and attached them to the peek-a-boo zipper pouch bags:

Grateful for You, Teacher

Have I mentioned that Blossoming Buds is my favourite stamp set right now? I'm constantly reaching for it and you'll be seeing more of it in the upcoming weeks! I've already made a few cards with it, including this one which went to my son's teacher when he finished kindergarten in June.

To create the card base, I used the new Index Card which is a slightly smaller, narrower version of Femme Frames. I stamped the sentiment first in Archival Jet Black ink and then stamped the flowers in Versamark ink before heat embossing with clear embossing powder. To finish, I watercoloured with Gansai watercolour paints and my son wrote his note with little heart flowers. ♥ All supplies are listed below with links to multiple stores.
