{Neat & Tangled} May Release Week: Day 1 + Giveaway!

Welcome and Happy Monday! It's Day 1 of Neat & Tangled's May Release and, today, the design team is featuring the Big Top Birthday stamp set and coordinating dies, designed by Elena Roussakis, as well as the Pixelated Sentiment stamp set with two complementary die sets, designed by Miriam Prantner! We're also revealing an exciting new product to Neat & Tangled - the Hexastar Stencil! All of these products will also be available for purchase when the May release goes live on Friday.

I really think Elena has outdone herself with this Big Top Birthday set. It's my favourite circus set ever released and I love how incredibly versatile it is. It's perfect for birthdays and especially little boys' birthday cards, which I find difficult to make, plus it has two adorable animals. It'll be difficult to resist buying. ;)

I used the Hexastar Stencil to sponge the top and bottom of the panel to give the illusion of curtains, lights and flooring, which anchors the images and adds to the celebratory aspects of the card.

There's a GIVEAWAY! Be sure to leave a comment on the Neat & Tangled Blog for your chance to win the Big Top Birthday stamp set! There will ALSO be a $25 gift certificate drawn from all comments left on the design team blogs so be sure to leave one here, too! :)

All release products will be available for purchase on Friday and I'll be updating my links at that time. See you again tomorrow!

I love the way you used the stencil here... I feel like it's forming the boundaries of one of the "rings" for the 3 ring circus. Excellent job bringing the scene to life!
