Ellen Hutson | Essentials by Ellen Fall + Halloween Release Sneak Peek

Yes, it's that time of year and the next Ellen Hutson please is both spooky and cute as can be! My son has already outgrown Halloween but I still love all of the candy and decorations that surround this holiday! A month ago, I already hoarded several boxes of Halloween candy for my craft room. LOL Shhh, don't tell my family! ;)

I made several samples using the new Bat Hugger Die Set, which can be used in so many ways! It's a wrap for treat holders but it can also be used as an embellishment on a tag or cards.

I embellished one or both wings on my various bats with more new products, including the A2 Piercing Plate 2 and the Tiny Stars Hot Foil Stamp, which I greatly over-foiled to create a grungy look for the bat. It's quite beautiful and looks cool, especially on a bat. I also used the lines from the previously-released Shadow Box Die.

To create my tags, I used the Farmhouse Tags Die Set with the Tag It-Halloween stamp set, which I know will become another one of my most-used sets, as well as the awesome Nordic Cross Cover Plate. The Big City Die is one of my favourite existing dies.
