Spellbinders | Holiday Cards feat. Oh Joyful Day Card Making Kit by Rosie's Studio

Today's duet features the Oh Joyful Day Card Making Kit by Rosie's Studio. I always forget how much I enjoy using patterned paper and ephemera until I work with one of these kits. They're just so fabulous and, if life allowed, I could make 20 cards in one sitting! There are so many amazing supplies packed into these beautiful kits.

My first card features three patterns from the 6x6" Designer Paper Pad, a sentiment from the Chipboard Embellishments and two Diecut Ephemera. I cut the pine branches because I wanted them to sit wider and not be too hidden by the snow globe.

To highlight the gold foil accent on the striped Designer Paper and Diecut Ephemera, I cut the Frozen Flurries from Mirror Gold cardstock and glued three of the smallest snowflakes around the snow globe. All of the other elements were popped up with foam squares.

My second card features two patterns from the 6x6" Designer Paper Pad, nine Diecut Ephemera and three of the Fresh Picked Labels cut from (top down) Mahogany, Vellum and Crimson cardstock.

All layers, except for the Diecut Ephemera were glued flat to the card base. I popped up the ephemera pieces on foam squares which gives them some dimension but isn't too bulky to pop in the mail.

All of the September Releases are now available at Spellbinders! Be sure to check out the full Oh Joyful Day Collection by Rosie's Studio HERE or by clicking on the banner below. I'll be sharing more inspiration from these collections soon so be sure to stop by again soon!
