{Paper Smooches} Special Birthdays
My mom and my mother-in-law celebrate their birthdays within a day of each other so I made two of the same design. They both feature three products from the January 2016 Release - Silver & Gold stamps, Hibiscus die and Polka Dot Borders dies.
I used patterned papers and the File Folder dies to layer the papers for effect and to include multiple colours and patterns. Using tiny paper clips, I attached the Hibiscus flowers and glitter Hearts as embellishments.
The custom heat embossed sentiment was created with words from both the Happy Birthday and Silver & Gold stamp sets. I further embellished the bottom of the vellum overlays with the smallest of the Polka Dot Borders dies.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

{Neat & Tangled} November Release Week: Day 2
Hi, everyone! It's Day 2 of Neat & Tangled's November Release and, today, the design team is featuring the Little Angel and Happy Ornaments stamp sets and coordinating dies. All of these products will be available for purchase when the November release goes live on Friday!
I'm featuring the Little Angel stamp set and coordinating dies. Little Angel is the You're So Neat Incentive for November/December and it's yours free with any qualifying $50 purchase! I cut the Seeing Stars die from glittery white cardstock and used it as a background for the angel. The sentiment was heat embossed in white on distressed black patterned paper.
The three layers of patterned papers come from Rise and Shine (base), B-Side (striped peach) and I Am (distressed black) 6x6 paper pads. I was inspired by Kara Vrabel to angle the middle sheet behind the top panel.
There's a GIVEAWAY! Be sure to leave a comment on the Neat & Tangled Blog for your chance to win the Little Angel and Happy Ornaments stamp sets!
All release products will be available for purchase on Friday and I'll be updating my links at that time. See you again tomorrow!
