{Two Many Cards Video Series} Newton's Nook Designs featuring Cup of Cocoa + Giveaways!

Hi, everyone! Kalyn and I are back with our video series, Two Many Cards. If you missed our other videos in this series, check out the original post HERE, which explains how and why we're sharing our own unique take on the same products. 

Today, we're featuring Cup of Cocoa and Fancy Edges Tag Dies by Newton's Nook Designs! I'm into all sorts of beverage stamp sets, especially when they're this cute. These images make me wish I had real mugs that looked just like them.

I love crafting Christmas tags and I wanted to make notecard tags that open up to reveal a handwritten message. These are perfect for little gifts in lieu of cards, like when I share baked goods with my neighbours.

These tags pack a punch with the vibrant images against the kraft cardstock and the added red glitter cardstock at the top and bottom.

Plain white hemp cord coordinates nicely with the white edges of the images.

These tags were so fun to make and it would be easy to mix and match additional images in different colours with the other fancy edges to create a whole stack for gift-giving.

{Video Hop + Giveaways} Celebrating 100 Videos and 2500 Subscribers

Hi, everyone! Thank you for joining me to celebrate reaching 100 Videos and 2500 Subscribers on my YouTube Channel! I'm so grateful for all of you and I'm humbled to have such a wonderful audience for my art. The sentiment for my card says it all. Your support means the world to me.

My card features several Paper Smooches stamp sets and dies, including the brand new Religious Words dies. I placed the cat and dog from Chubby Chums (Chums Icons) on Spiffy Scooters (Scooter Icons) and the stamped sentiment is from Spiritual Sampler.



I masked off the front paws from the cat and dog when I stamped them on the coordinating die cuts and fussy cut them separately so I could place them on the front of the scooters. My son thought they were silly and wondered why they weren't holding on to the handlebars. ;)

I layered blessed from the Religious Words dies and completed the sentiment using stamps from Spiritual Sampler.

Since the dog's ear and tail took up more space than the cat, I added two Copic-coloured enamel hearts to balance out the space on that side of the card.
