Surprise

Kim shared this card on the Paper Smooches Blog yesterday. I used the cake and one of the flowers from Hubby and Wifey to make this birthday card which I gave to my husband last weekend. It's embellished with the squirrel from Hang Ups (the arms are from Wake Up), cake splatters from Surf & Turf, sentiment from Good Gab and speech bubble from He Said, She Said.

Sources: SU Natural White cardstock; Gina K Designs pure luxury white cardstock; Basic Grey What's Up paper pad; Paper Smooches Hubby and Wifey, Hang Ups, Wake Up, Surf & Turf, Good Gab & He Said, She Said; Memento Tuxedo Black ink; SU Pool Party & Calypso Coral inks; Copic markers; MFT Die-namics Wonky Scallop Border; foam tape

I knew as soon as I saw it pop up in my reader that it was your creation :) Love the way the arms just emphasize the sentiment - don't we all do that when we yell surprise? lol.

When I saw this on the PS blog, I didn't have to read to know it was yours! The cake looks delicious... well, except maybe for the squirrel on top! But he's so cute, you'd have to forgive him for jumping out of the cake. :D
