{Neat & Tangled} October Release Week: Day 4

Hi, everyone! It's Day 4 of Neat & Tangled's October release and, today, the design team is featuring Winter Trees. This lovely stamp set includes a beautiful landscape that you can colour and embellish to your heart's content. Plus, it comes with six fabulous sentiments to suit your custom scene!

I've had this idea in my head for just about forever and the middle tree was perfect for it. I stamped the group of trees in Versamark ink and heat embossed them with gold embossing powder. After trimming out the centre tree, I embellished it with various sequins and enamel shapes. Those tiny little peach-coloured strings for the heart ornaments are from the push-pin stamp in the Origami Map set.

I stamped the first line of one of the sentiments twice, since it's the start of a famous carol we all know well! Then I used a slot punch at the top of the tag and looped gold shimmer twine through it. Finally, I adhered the tree to the tag with foam tape.

There's a GIVEAWAY! Be sure to comment on the Neat & Tangled Blog for your chance to win the Winter Trees stamp set.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

This is gorgeous! As usual, your attention to detail (little strings for the hearts! off-centre sequin & dot layering!) puts this over the top. :)
