Hi, everyone! I'm back with another video featuring the new Bees Dies from Paper Smooches. These bees already exist in stamp format in the Lots of Love stamp set so I store them together. It makes sense for me to find them together when I think of bees with hearts.
These bees are so cute and definitely make it easy to create a focal point on cards and tags. If you've already watched the video, you'll know that I had a couple of accidents which made a mess of the panel. I was able to salvage all the watercolouring I had done by adding embellishments in the two corners.
I went from a planned clean and simple design to an artsy card with splatter, doilies, enamel dots and patterned paper! I tend to recycle a lot of projects when they aren't going my way but this card is proof that mistakes can be turned into something pretty.
I hope this card gives you ideas to get a head start on your Valentine's Day projects!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
