{Catherine Pooler Designs} October 2019 Club Sursee | Part 1

Today, I'm sharing some inspiration using the Deluxe Club Sursee subscription for October 2019. Christmas will be here before we know it and the products in this subscription have everything you need for holiday cardmaking!

I'm a sucker for great sentiments and the stamp set Sleigh Bells Ring is so fabulous. I couldn't decide which sentiment to use so I used them all on this card. Don't they look amazing together?

I used four Catherine Pooler inks - RougeSaunaEucalyptus and Daydream - stamping each of the four sentiments in a different colour. I stamped several of the images from the Sleigh Ride stamp set in coordinating colours, die cut them using the Sleigh Ride Dies and adhered them to the card with glue dots and foam tape to vary their heights and add visual interest. I added little pearls in the centres of the snowflakes to finish the card.

{Evelin T Designs} Featured Stamp Set: It's BOO-tastic!

On this eve of Halloween, I'm on the Evelin T Designs blog with a card featuring the new stamp set It's BOO-tastic! (also sold at EH | SSS). I loved creating this masked one-layer card with these adorably spooky images. I started by stamping the images and creating masks for them. I stamped the pumpkins first on watercolour cardstock, placed the mask to protect it and stamped the rest of the images.

After stamping all of the images, I left their masks in place, cut a hill from masking paper and sponged the background with distress inks. Then I splattered the background with water and two distress spray stains. Then I removed the masks and used distress inks to watercolour the images.

If you are celebrating, I hope you all have a wonderful Halloween, whether you're trick-or-treating with your kids or having a party in your home or elsewhere.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

{Avery Elle} Birthday Booth Hugs by Chris

Hi, everyone! I'm popping in to share the adorable birthday card that my husband made me. Yup, Chris made this all by himself. I'm not sure why he didn't involve Damian but he just went for it and it turned out so cute! I really love the colours and especially the rainbow banner. The card was inspired by our Pusheen Sloth and Miniso Bunny. Sloth is supposed to be hugging a cat (Pusheen) but our sloth has taken to the bunny recently. LOL

Chris used Avery Elle's Market Stand and Peek-a-Boo Pals stamp sets and coordinating dies, colouring them with Copic markers. For the pierced frames, he used Winnie & Walter's Katharine Cutaways.

I hope you enjoyed today's inspiration using a couple of my favourite stamp sets from Avery Elle. This card reminded me that I still need to order the newer Cocoa Stand and Peek-a-Boo Scary Pals sets. ðŸ˜‰
