I'm back with more inspiration for Catherine Pooler's Just a Note Collection which is now available to StampNation Members and at 9am EST tomorrow December 8th for general ordering. Any links to new release products in this post will go live at those times; current products are available as usual.
Believe it or not, I have found hearts, stars and circles very difficult to design with but the Two Part Hearts stamp set has been a game-changer! I just love all the options with these hearts, whether they're stamped using the same colour or different ones.
The coordinating Two Part Hearts Dies easily increase the wow factor, especially in a design like this where I stamped the sentiment from the Notes of Love Sentiments stamp set first in Midnight and die cut the hearts after stamping them with Party Dress and It's a Girl inks.
I cut a 1/4" strip of striped patterned paper from the Lotsa Love Patterned Paper pack and added it to the spine of the card base before securing the die cut panel. I popped up all the hearts in their respective spots using foam tape and added glittery enamel dots. I used a 1/8" hole punch to add notches at both ends of the card before tying a bow with Tuxedo Turquoise Twine. The notches prevent the twine from moving and also allow the card to stand flat on its base.
See you again tomorrow December 8th for Just a Note Release Day. Thanks so much for stopping by!
